1.1. Printing Procedure
1. Start the printer and LyPrint software. Wait for several seconds until the status bar displays Ready. If it is the first time that you use the software to control the printer, please perform horizontal and step calibration tests.
2. Select File > Open from the software menu. Select prn files to be printed from the file selection interface. When you open the files, they will be displayed on the list of files to be printed.

3. Select a file to be printed. Then you can modify the printing mode, printing speed, direction and number of printed copies on the list. Figure 1.2 Modifiable items on the list
4. After setting the printing mode, printing speed, direction and number of printed copies, select the file to be printed and start printing by any of the following:
* Click Print on the left toolbar
* Click Print in the print menu
* Select Print from the popup menu by right-clicking the selected file
You can pause or cancel the printing during printing by using relevant buttons on the left toolbar or the print menu.
1.2 Additional Functions
1.2.1 White Skip
If large empty space occurs at left and right sides in the horizontal direction or in the vertical direction, the printer will automatically skip the empty space during printing and prints non-empty area to save time. To use this function, check "White skip” in the toolbar.
1.2.2 Continue Function
Printing may be interrupted due to various reasons and perhaps half of an image has been printed. In this case, you can right-click the file and select “Continue” from the menu. The printer will continue printing the file from the position where the printing is interrupted last time to facilitate jointing in the later stage.

Continued printing may be classified into two types. The system will ask you whether the printer is powered off through a pop-up window.

If the printer is powered off (including power-off of the printer and PC), select "Yes"; If the PC is powered down, USB is disconnected or the printing is canceled, select "No".
